I have MS and need a shoe that has a big foot bed for balance reasons and these shoes are great. I wear thick socks and just love them. For me they are a safe shoe. They are waterproof and you can just wash the bottoms of them in the sink if they get muddy. A great shoe all around for me.

I was shocked when I first looked at these shoes. They are very wide and made my feet look like duck feet. However, I wore them a couple times and they are one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I own. They lace up to really hug your foot and are compatible with my orthodics. That extra width helps on slippery wet surfaces and the construction keeps your feet dry.
