I purchased this boot because I have a new
puppy and I needed something warm and fast to slip into on our
late night and early morning "potty trips." These boots are
perfect for that. They are warm for the recently frosty
mornings and easy to get into. They are comfortable and as
suggested, I ordered an 8 rather than my usual 9. Perfect! I'm
not sure I would go on a walking excursion wearing them
because there is no arch support but these boots were not
designed for that purpose. I'm pleased with the chocolate
color also. Definitely 5 stars all around! Also, I ordered
these boots around 6 p.m. Pacific time and received them the
next day late in the afternoon. This has occurred on previous
orders. I started out ordering the
ultra short because they looked nicer and seemed to have more
arch support. I ordered the one size down as recommended by
everyone and they were way too snug. I have a wide foot. If
you have wide feet stick with your size on the Ultra short
Uggs. The Classic shorts however, are big. I ordered both
sizes (8 and 9) and the smaller size fit perfectly. After
ordering both the Classic and Ultra Uggs, I think the Classics
fit much more comfortably on my wide feet. I love them. They
are totally worth the price!!

first pair ever and absolutely love them! So comfortable and
goes with just about everything. I got the black ones first,
and then two days later bought the same ones in brown. You can
never have too many! I have no complaints about them. They are
warm and can be worn in any weather. I used the spray so I can
wear them in the rain and snow, but I am still cautious about
getting them wet. I like the look they have now and have seen
others get spotty or fade from the weather. The shoes only run
in full sizes, so I went a level down. I'm usually a 7.5, so I
bought a 7 and it fits fine. But these are the boots that I
live in and love! -- I highly recommend buying them
Warm feet! I got these Uggs because I was
tired of having cold feet all winter, in spite of my
daughter's opinion that they are pitifully ugly. For me, warm
feet trumps ugly. And being rather partial to things that
function as they were designed, I've already grown really fond
of them in spite of their highly functional appearance. I
chose the short ones because I really didn't need more than
that, but I have to say that they hit at a particularly
unfortunate spot on my calves, so I do look fairly
stumpy-legged in them. On the plus side, I only wear them with
pants, so I only have to see my legs that way when I'm getting
ready for bed. I think they're beautiful in the same way that
tractors are beautiful. They do their job and they don't
complain. |
